| Hand wash in lukewarm water 98º F. Use a mild soap powder, baby shampoo or Eucalan "No-Rinse" wool wash to 4 quarts water. Allow Aristocrats wool diaper covers to soak for at least 15 minutes. Squeeze gently several times without rubbing or wringing. Add 1 tsp of vinegar to last rinse (Last rinse is not needed when using Eucalan no-rinse wool wash). Roll in a towel to squeeze out excess moisture. Lay flat or hang to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight.
Life span and performance of the diaper cover will enhanced by adding lanolin. Dissolve 1/8 of a tsp. of lanolin in hot water and add to the last rinse. This only needs to be done occasionally.
