The reason these are in the irregular bin is the Aplix on the diapers tabs are bullets aplix not the square one seen in the photo of the natural colored diapers. This causes the diaper to fit larger then expected and no as well on newborns. The Aplix can be removed and sewn on the material to fit tiny babies better. You get the fitted diaper and the snap in liner (a $3.50 Tiny Tush Value). Diaper covers are sold separate.
A good rule of thumb for cloth diapers is to have 1 cover (per size or a one-size) for every 6-8 diapers. To help stretch your dollar consider purchasing Tiny Tush irregular snap or aplix covers.

Tiny Tush Trim one-size diapers, designed to fit trimmer on your baby, are perfect for everyday use. We use the same snap down system that has made our diapers so popular and easy to use. We have redesigned the crotch area to make it trimmer and more comfortable between the legs. The super absorbent fabric made exclusively for Tiny Tush Natural Baby Boutique is designed to be trim and absorbent.
Our custom milled fabric is 100% cotton which washes cleaner than cotton blends. We contoured the snap-in-liner to fit the shape of the diaper and in doing so made it more comfortable for your baby.
Tiny Tush Trim one-size cloth diapers are an exceptional value because they are the only diapers you will need to purchase for newborn to 35 Lb toddler. They have a unique snap system which easily adjusts the rise of the diapers to three different sizes!
Tiny Tush One-size cloth diaper has always come with its own absorbent snap-in liner (a $3.50 value) that can be completely removed when soiled, for easier cleanup and quick drying. You have a choice of closure, durable Aplix (hook and loop fastener) or strong snap closures. The Aplix closure diapers have fold back tabs to prevent the diapers from snagging while laundering. Most people can use snap diapers but for those that need a hook and loop closure we have those for only a slightly higher price. How absorbent are Tiny Tush Trim One-size cloth diapers. With its snap-in liner the diaper can easily absorb 16oz of fluids. That is a lot of absorption, considering that a can of pop is 12 oz.

Newborn setting: for newborn babies the snap-in liner can be removed from the diaper to provide a better fit for the newborn without the bulkiness. For added comfort and dryness we recommend rolling the leg bands in toward the center of the diaper creating a secure cotton wall barrier that will hold the breast fed stools in. For really small babies, use the contoured snap-in-liner inside a newborn cover!
Crawler setting: You can use the diaper with or without the snap-in-liner. At this age you may prefer to use the diaper by itself during the day and adding the snap-in-liner for naps and night time use.
Toddler setting: Use diaper with the snap-in liner. It is absorbent enough for the heaviest wetting toddlers. If your toddler sleeps more than 10 hours at a time you many want to use an extra diaper doubler to make sure your baby will wake up dry.
