Returning items
that received free shipping
If your order was shipped with free shipping, the
original shipping costs which we paid will be deducted from all
returns processed for a refund. Returns for store credit will not
incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.
Free item with purchase
If you return enough items
to fall below the original qualifying amount for the free item (s)
you can either return the free item (s) or keep it and purchase
them.
New Product Return
TinyTush.com 90-Day Money Back Return Policy
Refunds will be made on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from tinytush.com that are returned to Tiny Tush with a copy of the original sales receipt within 90 days from the date of purchase.
This return policy does not cover irregulars,
2nds or clearance items. We do not refund original shipping charges on returned products.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For your own protection, please track your shipments and purchase
insurance to cover the replacement cost of your items.
Returns are subject to a 4% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 90 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense.

Used Return Policy
Use the diapers for a full 30 day,
if you do not like them return them with a copy of your sales
receipt for 75% of the purchase price. We do not refund original
shipping charges on returned products.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be sure the item is properly laundered free of
staining, as we will not accept unclean items or items laundered
with bleach, fabric softeners or drier sheets. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after
30 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense.
Items excluded from the used return policy are Prefolds and wool
diaper covers.

Clearance Items Product Return
Because we deeply discount items sold as 2nds, irregulars, clearance
or as is, Tiny Tush warrantee do not apply and
they are being sold as is and there are
no returns for these items. If you are unsure please order
one for review and then make another order for more if you are
happy.

materials to make the most durable products possible. We guarantee
craftsmanship of our work and our components for
a full year, but our warranty does not include
normal “wear and tear” (please understand that with frequent
laundering, items will wear out over time). Our warrantee is for the
original purchaser and is nontransferable.
Tiny Tush directly
handles all returns for defects. All defective items submitted to us
must include a claim form and a copy of your sales receipt.
Please allow 10-15 business days for Tiny Tush to receive your
items, make repairs, and ship items back to you.

Manufactures defects related to prefolds will show up within the
first 10 washes. The prefolds return policy does not cover holes
from use of diaper fasteners or bleaching.
