We are living our dream.
Tiny Tush headquarters is a 40-acre farm in Wisconsin. The farm followed the cloth diaper manufacturing, but they are related because our values led us to choose both cloth diapers and our farm.
We choose to raise our cows as close as possible to their natural experience. We treat them with as much respect as is humanly possible. And, they like us. The cows moo when Dad gets home. The bulls kick their feet up in the air.
When they calf, most of the time we don't have to do anything. We do tag them for breeding purposes, so we don't breed brother to sister, then we leave mother and calf to bond.
It's part of the whole picture of who we are. We try to be respectful. It doesn't mean we're perfect, but we move ourselves closer to our ideals as we go.
Our dream is living more naturally. That includes cows, chickens, apples, berries, and cloth diapers.

12 Points of Tiny Tush Culture
All who work at Tiny Tush uphold our 12 Points of Tiny Tush Culture. We improve as we go.
I will apply myself fully in everything I do at Tiny Tush until I succeed. I am committed to the Vision, Mission, Culture, and overall success of Tiny Tush, its current and future team, and its customers, and our planet at all times. I will be willing to make change that serves Tiny Tush’s best interests and future.
I am truly responsible for my actions and outcomes and own everything that takes place in my work and my life. I am accountable for my results, and I know that for things to change, first, I must change.
3. Honesty and Integrity
Tiny Tush will always live the truth. We will keep our word to ourselves and to others. I only make agreements with myself and others that I am willing and intend to keep. I will acknowledge potential misunderstanding at the first opportunity, and I clear it up immediately.
I always deliver products and services of exceptional quality that add value to all involved, and I build long-term relationships. I look for ways to do more with less. I am always open to feedback from everyone we touch to stay on a path of constant and never-ending improvement and innovation.
5. Team Work
I am a team player and a team leader. I speak positively of my fellow team members, partners, and customers in both public and private. I focus on cooperation, and I always come to a resolution not a compromise. I am respectful of other team members’ opinions and will keep an open mind to change. I ask for help when I need it, and I am compassionate to others who ask help of me. I do whatever it takes to work together and achieve team goals.
I learn from my mistakes. I consistently learn, grow and master so that I can help my fellow team members, partners and customers learn, grow and master as well. I am an educator and a student. I allow my clients to make their own intelligent decisions about their future remembering that it is their future. I provide practical and useable knowledge.
I will always address my customers properly with respect. I will listen to my customers’ needs completely before offering advice. I always apologize for any upsets first then look for a solution.
I am consistent in my actions so my customers and teammates will feel comfortable in dealing with me at all times. I am disciplined in my work so my results, growth and success are consistent.
I am a truly grateful person. I say thank you and show appreciation often and in many ways, so that all of those around me know how much I appreciate everything and everyone I have in my life.
I always look to the system for a solution. If a challenge arises, I use a system correction before I look for a people correction. I use a system solution in my innovation rather than a people solution. I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced. I suggest system improvements at my first opportunity.
I view my life as a journey to be enjoyed and appreciated, and I create an atmosphere of fun and happiness so that all around me will enjoy it as well.
I have a balanced approach to life, remembering that my spiritual, social, physical, and family life are just as important as my financial and intellectual life. I have a healthy balance between work and family fun with each supporting one another in harmony and joy!
