Use the non-consumable items which you purchase from our store for 30 days and if you do not like them return them.

Qualifying items returned under the risk free offer will be eligible for either a refund of 75% of the purchase price or an in store credit equal to the full purchase price of the product.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges on returned products.  If products being returned received free item with the order, the free item must be returned also.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your own protection, please track your shipments and purchase insurance to cover the replacement cost of your items.  Please be sure the item is properly laundered and free of staining, as we will not accept unclean items or items laundered with bleach, fabric softeners or drier sheets.  Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense. Items excluded from the used return policy are consumable items and wool diaper covers.

To expedite your refund and to make your return a pleasant one, follow this checklist:

• Send a copy of your sales receipt with items being return highlighted or circled. Briefly describe why you are returning the item.
